Every step is tailored to you, guided by advanced blood testing and continuous support from a UK-trained physician.

How does it work?
- Baseline Blood Tests: We can arrange a phlebotomist at your home and conduct comprehensive blood tests (cholesterol, glucose, liver and kidney function, etc).
- Lifestyle Questionnaire: To be completed by yourself and sent before the first week of the program.
- Option to send all relevant medical notes for review.
- Medical and Lifestyle History: A comprehensive and detailed evaluation of your current health status, lifestyle, and medical history will be taken.
- We will present and explain your blood and genetic testing results.
- Duration of Virtual Consultation: 60 mins.
- Presentation and explanation of your personalised lifestyle medicine treatment plan.
- This plan will be based on blood and genetic results, other relevant data (weight, blood pressure etc), your medical history, and lifestyle tailored to your preferences and needs.
- Opportunity to discuss the plan before the commencement of the program.
- Duration of Virtual Consultation: 60 mins.
- Personalised Nutrition Plans: Weekly presentation of varied nutrition plans tailored to your preferences, needs, and medical requirements.
- Personalised Exercise Plans: Weekly exercise routines customised to fit your fitness level and goals, as well as your medical limits.
- Advice on sleep, stress, and alcohol/smoking management.
- Weekly Support Calls (30 mins): Regular check-ins to address any concerns, provide motivation, and make necessary adjustments.
- Accountability Checks: Weekly monitoring and accountability plans to track your progress and keep you on track.
- Repeat Blood Tests: We can arrange follow-up tests at your home to measure improvements in cholesterol, glucose levels, and other health markers compared to first blood tests.
- Results Presentation: Review and discuss the follow-up test results.
- Progress Evaluation: Assess overall progress and achievements over the 8 weeks.
- Long-Term Plan: Develop a sustainable long-term plan to maintain and continue your health improvements.
- Continuous Monitoring: Weekly updates and adjustments to your plan based on progress.
- Unlimited Messaging: Access to support via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns.
- Up to 3 one-hour sessions to educate you on any health-related topics of your choice (e.g., understanding your blood results, managing diabetes, optimizing nutrition and exercise, etc).
- Totally up to you on what topic you would like more information on.
- Duration of Virtual Consultations: 3 x 60 mins.
Full Program cost is £5,000.
