Personalised Lifestyle Treatment Plan
- Comprehensive blood investigations inclusive of additional parameters to standard NHS testing
- A detailed 60 min Virtual (Video Call) Medical and Lifestyle Assessment.
- In a follow up 60 min virtual (Video Call) appointment, your comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Treatment Plan will be presented which will take into account your medical history.
- The plan will include detailed timetable for personalised nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, stress management and reduction techniques for alcohol and/or smoking, all reflecting your blood test results
